Our standard offering is called Search and Selection which is focussed on finding you the right profile with minimal fuss; we take it upon ourselves to decipher whether to use pure search and networking techniques or to use more standard contingency means such as advertising and brand awareness campaigns.
Comprehensive Analysis
In most cases this depends on the maturity of the market that you would like to recruit in as well as whether the type of business you are conducting is commonly found in the region. Either way, when we start a new relationship with you we are happy to prove ourselves to you by working on a success-fee basis. We believe that the quality of our work will speak for itself, and if you are happy you will come back to us, as many of our clients do.
In many cases we are the only agent or one of a small number of selected agents working closely with our clients. Our experience has told us that our clients prefer to receive a small number of select and fully screened candidates, all of which would be interview-standard, so this is what we do. Our aim is that our clients interview each and every one of the candidates we present.
