We are an agency that specialises in search, networking and head-hunting techniques, which means you have probably been found through one of these methods. We understand that you are not necessarily open to hearing about offers in the market and that you probably have a job where you are very happy.
Funds Partnership is a firm that specialises in placing the best people in the market; this means working hard to ensure our candidates are employed by good employers, by managers that will take them to further stages of their career and provide them with interesting and challenging work. Our theory is that if we are really going to attract the best people, we have to provide them with the best opportunities. The fact that you are not actively looking will not stop us from finding you, but it will stop us from placing you if the offer is not better.
Only the best
Many of our candidates ask how we have remained busy despite a quiet market, the truth is that even in a downturn many of the top performers are retained despite cut-backs. This is largely because the cost of replacing, training and knowledge loss is far greater in many organisations than the commitment, financial or otherwise, it takes to retain a strong member of staff. Whilst we agree that there are currently a number of excellent candidates available on the open market, this is still a minority and we do also advertise occasionally to cover this eventuality.
