We work through a tried and tested 4-stage process which has proven time and again to deliver significant results within a designated time-period depending on the need of our clients.
Tried and tested process
The first stage of the process is heavily client-driven. Although it might sound obvious, we aim to listen and really understand what you are looking for before we start working. Then we go back to our resource team and thoroughly explain the requirements, working together to comprehensively map the market. The third stage is our internal interview process where we personally meet and select the best candidates to present to our clients, gaining extensive details on their background and suitability. Finally, the fourth stage is the client interview stage. We place one in every three candidates who reach this stage, a clear testimony to the value of our pre-selection.
