Humanity First is an international aid agency that provides aid and assistance to those in need irrespective of race, religion or politics. Humanity First works on local projects in 35 countries, across 6 continents where they aim to help the most vulnerable people who suffer from a lack of the most basic provisions. They are focussed on working with local people to establish them in the long-term, passing on the knowledge and provisions that will ultimately help them to become independent.
The Humanity First team is estimated to have helped more than 1,700,000 people around the world in just 2008; we support them so that they can go on making a difference to many more.

Humanity First is a charitable trust established to promote and safeguard human life and dignity. It is a non-political, non-religious, non-sectarian international relief and development agency that works with the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people.
Humanity First was established in the UK in 1995 and now has operations in 35 countries. All aid workers and the management of Humanity First are unpaid volunteers and our administrative expenses are negligible. We are able to deliver significantly more aid value in the field from the funds we raise because our labour costs are so very low.
