Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy for the Asia region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with LPs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead the fundraising process for the Asia region, including identifying potential investors, preparing marketing materials, and managing due diligence
- Partner with investment teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of investor relations efforts
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and investor sentiment, and provide insights to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in private equity
- Proven track record of raising large amounts of capital from LPs in Asia, with a focus on Japan and Australia
- Strong understanding of the private equity industry and investment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on comprehensive investor relations plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
