Yolanda  Chen

Area of expertise: I specialise in recruiting strategic talents across APAC with a focus in China for asset managers in Hedge, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate funds, etc.

Background: I graduated from the University of Guelph Canada with a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering. The experience of living and studying abroad has taught me a lot and allowed me to understand the world, the people, the interpretation of life, the attitude towards life, etc.; All of which allowed me to understand myself better.

In addition, I minored in Law during my undergraduate. I am willing to accept all new things and believe in all possibilities. I firmly believe that opportunities are reserved for those who are prepared.

I really enjoy the process of speaking with different people as I get to learn a lot of valuable things through the conversations that I have. It makes me feel full of energy, which allows me to maintain a positive attitude all the time – something which is so important to me.

I am very happy that I can finally explore my career path and find an ideal working condition that I really love. While pursuing my own self-growth, I feel very fulfilled knowing that I am able to help others to find ideal and satisfactory jobs.
