We're currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Accountant cum Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the office including maintaining the accounts and handling various administrative and IT-related tasks
- Handle full set of accounts, including but not limited to data gathering, bookkeeping, GST submissions, and tax computations
- Perform routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, handling mail, issuing invoices, and managing collections
- Assist the management team with budget development, revenue forecasting, and ongoing monitoring and reporting
- Oversee company payroll, ensuring adherence to Singapore's payroll regulatory changes
- Manage vendor payments, acknowledge payment receipts and aid in financial transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate internal audits
- Support the team in preparing quotations and compliance KYC documents
- Organize trainings, meetings and appointments, and manage travel plans for the management team
- Maintain a positive office environment while upholding strict confidentiality protocols
Required Experience and Skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel and XERO accounting software; experience with Payday will be considered an advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing tight deadlines
- A diploma in accounting backed with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with financial regulations
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and XERO, with an aptitude for quickly learning firm-specific software
- Fluency in English is required.
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask effectively
