About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth in Trust & Fiduciary Services in London . This is a key role to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and professional advisors, focusing on providing trust and wealth management solutions.

About the Client Our client is a leading global provider of fiduciary, corporate, and fund services with over 40 years of experience. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including trusts, estates, foundations , and wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and family offices across 25 jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to target HNW / UHNW individuals, family offices, and professional advisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, delivering tailored trust and fiduciary solutions.

  • Drive new client acquisition through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of services for clients.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services.

  • Meet and exceed business development targets for the region

Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the fiduciary services, trust or private wealth sector.

  • Strong network within the private client, family office, and professional advisory markets in London.

  • Proven experience in promoting wealth management solutions such as trusts, estates, foundations, and other private client services.

  • Strong understanding of UK tax laws, estate planning, and wealth structuring strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
