Our client is a leading independent fund services provider specializing in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments across Asia. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing China team.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with private equity fund clients
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in China
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored fund administration solutions
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through new client acquisition
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience in financial services, preferably in fund administration or related sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of private equity/venture capital operations
  • Proven track record in building client relationships and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
