Our client is a leading independent fund services provider specializing in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments across Asia. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing China team.
- Drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with private equity fund clients
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in China
- Identify client needs and provide tailored fund administration solutions
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through new client acquisition
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales/business development experience in financial services, preferably in fund administration or related sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of private equity/venture capital operations
- Proven track record in building client relationships and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
