Key Responsibilities:
- Automate operational processes using SQL, VBA, Python, or other open-source tools
- Manage and optimize data workflows, with SQL as the core platform
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for external vendors
- Contribute to system enhancement projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of VBA and/or Python for automation
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
- 1–4 years of relevant work experience in IT, automation, or data workflow management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- English- Native, Japanese language skills are not required but advantageous

Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – 6,000 per month
