Overview
Our client is a premier global corporate services provider specialising in entity formation, compliance management, and business support across key financial centers worldwide. We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead business development initiatives in China, focusing on supporting international enterprises entering the Chinese market and assisting Chinese corporations in their global expansion.

This influential role combines strategic business development with collaborative leadership across global offices, directly impacting the company’s market positioning and revenue growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets, including onshore company incorporation, corporate secretarial and directorship services, domiciliation, bookkeeping and tax compliance, as well as HR and payroll solutions

  • Identify and act on new business opportunities, including clients, products, and sales channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and market stakeholders to enhance market positioning and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across global offices to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.

  • Represent the company’s interests in the market while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Travel occasionally within the Asia-Pacific region for business development.


Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles within a multinational organization or the corporate services/financial industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate services, trust, capital markets, and cross-border investment.

  • Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Independent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
