Now Hiring: Compliance Officer | Hedge Fund | Hong Kong | HK$35K–45K/month
A well-established hedge fund in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Officer to join its team. This is a critical role for an experienced compliance professional looking to step into a visible position with strong cross-functional exposure.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain and enhance internal compliance policies, procedures, and training materials

Implement a practical and effective internal control framework

Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

Prepare and manage all regulatory filings and disclosures (SFC, SEC, MAS) in a timely and accurate manner
-
Keep abreast of changing regulatory developments and industry standards
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within financial services
-
Solid working knowledge of SFC, SEC, and MAS regulations
-
Proven experience implementing and managing compliance programs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
