Director, Private Client Services – Singapore Lead UHNW Client Relationships | Drive Business Growth | Shape Office Strategy
We’re looking for a seasoned Director, Private Client Services to join our Singapore headquarters and take ownership of some of our most valued UHNW and VIP international client relationships. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage complex trust and corporate structures, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in strategic markets.
What You’ll Do
- Be the trusted advisor for UHNW clients and family offices, overseeing their trust and corporate structures from start to finish.

Lead and mentor a team of Senior Officers, Officers, and Junior Officers, ensuring excellence in client service and compliance.
- Grow the business by meeting with intermediaries and potential clients in designated markets.

Oversee trust documentation, corporate secretarial matters, and statutory compliance.

Drive operational excellence — keep client data accurate, billing timely, and collections on track.

Act as Resident Manager of the Trust Company and/or Director of Singapore client entities (where required).
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in trust administration within a trustee company, private bank trust department, or professional accounting firm’s trust services division.

Deep knowledge of trust law, administration practices, and corporate secretarial work.

Strong business development track record with intermediaries and high-value clients.

Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and unwavering confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity when working with international clients.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, banking, accounting, or law).
