Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Director of Client Services to join our client's Singapore office. This pivotal role will manage a portfolio of international trusts and companies for VIP client relationships, including Ultra-High-Net-Worth family office clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for international clients in the administration of trust and corporate structures
- Develop new business through regular visits to designated markets and meetings with intermediaries and potential clients
- Ensure compliance with new business procedures, particularly regarding application forms and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Draft or coordinate the drafting of trust documentation including Trust Deeds and Letters of Wishes
- Supervise team members to meet company objectives and client service requirements
- Maintain accurate client management information systems
- Oversee financial management of client relationships including invoicing and fee collection
- Act as Resident Manager of the Trust Company and/or provide director services for Singapore client entities as required
- Participate in overall management and development of the office
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in trust administration within a trustee company, private bank trust department, or professional accounting firm
- Sound knowledge of trust law and administration practices
- Working knowledge of corporate secretarial and administration services
- Understanding of private banking or investment management client service processes is advantageous
- Business development and marketing experience with intermediaries and potential clients
- Relevant professional qualifications in trust administration, STEP, banking, accounting or law
