We are partnering with a Singapore-listed property trust to find a hands-on manager who can own their corporate governance and secretarial function. This is not a traditional finance role — the focus is on board-level matters, regulatory filings, and compliance, with some treasury and accounting support.
You will work directly with the CFO in a tight-knit headquarters team, taking charge of quarterly board cycles, AGM preparation, and ongoing liaison with regulators and external advisors.
- Run the full cycle of board and committee meetings — agendas, packs, minutes, and follow-ups
- Handle SGX announcements, MAS filings, and other statutory submissions
- Act as the go-to person for internal and external auditors during review periods
- Maintain banking relationships and support cash management activities
- Contribute to quarterly investor communications and sustainability disclosures
- Provide guidance to junior team members on processes and controls
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements under SFRS and REIT reporting standards
- Assist with monthly close processes and review of subsidiary financials
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for the portfolio
- Review key journals and provide oversight on receivables and payables
- Degree holder in a relevant discipline; professional certification (CA, CPA, ICSA) is a plus
- Solid track record in a listed environment — ideally property trusts or real estate firms
- Comfortable navigating SGX Listing Rules, MAS requirements, and Companies Act obligations
- Proven ability to manage board calendars, compliance deadlines, and multiple stakeholders
- Stable, people-first culture with long-tenured colleagues
- Family-friendly culture
- Broad exposure beyond pure accounting — governance, compliance, treasury, investor relations
- Direct line to senior leadership; your voice matters here
