We are urrently working with a fast-growing venture capital firm focused on transformative technologies across Asia's most dynamic markets. They’ve built an impressive investment platform and are now looking to deepen their relationships with institutional investors globally.
This is not a big team with layers of support — instead, they’re looking for someone independent, resourceful, and versatile . Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, rolls up their sleeves, and gets things done without handholding.
You'll partner closely with the founding team and be deeply involved across the capital formation lifecycle — from outreach and due diligence through to closing, onboarding, and long-term investor relationship management.
Who This Role Is For

You have 4–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, placement, capital raising, or fund operations — perhaps from a placement agent, GP, fund-of-funds, or family office .

You don’t need a team to function — you're highly organized, intrinsically motivated , and comfortable running processes independently.

You’re curious and sharp — able to quickly understand a specialized strategy and translate that to investor conversations and materials.

You're comfortable wearing multiple hats — whether it's updating the CRM, prepping DD documents, or handling high-touch investor calls.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute investor outreach across Asia, Europe, and North America

Manage investor due diligence processes from initial interest to close

Coordinate legal, compliance, and documentation for onboarding

Prepare ongoing investor updates, reports, and support relationship-building activities

Maintain CRM and investor pipeline tracking systems
