An established self-storage operator backed by private equity is hiring a Head of Operations to lead its Hong Kong business. With a regional footprint across Asia, this company offers clean, secure, and tech-enabled storage solutions to both individuals and businesses.
This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across six facilities in Hong Kong, while collaborating with marketing, finance, and facilities teams to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Do

Lead all operational aspects of the self-storage business in Hong Kong

Take full P&L responsibility and drive monthly performance against budget and ARR targets

Manage and develop a cross-functional team (operations, marketing, facility/asset management)

Collaborate with regional teams on pricing, promotions, and marketing strategy

Conduct market analysis and implement corrective action plans to improve site performance

Uphold high service standards and SOPs across all locations

Potential to expand remit to South China over time
What We’re Looking For

Senior operator with multi-site management experience—ideally from self-storage, retail, hospitality, or consumer services

Proven leader with strong P&L ownership and business acumen

Experience in team development, performance coaching, and customer service excellence

Comfortable managing across functions and working closely with HQ counterparts

Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus

Grounded, resourceful, commercially savvy, and ready to grow with the business
