Hedge Fund Operations - Analyst/ Associates

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding fund services organization to recruit dedicated professionals for their specialized hedge fund operations team in Hong Kong. This represents an excellent opportunity for ambitious junior finance professionals to gain comprehensive exposure to hedge fund administration within a collaborative team environment.

As a Hedge Fund Operations Analyst/Associate , you'll be an integral part of the operational framework, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of critical fund services:

• NAV Calculations - Execute precise net asset value computations for assigned hedge fund portfolios
• Reconciliation Management - Perform comprehensive cash and position reconciliations, identifying and resolving breaks promptly
• Settlement Processing - Handle payment settlements and coordinate with custodians and prime brokers
• Client Administration - Support invoicing processes and accounts receivable collection

• Handling general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required
• Provide support to other operations’ tasks as assigned from time to time
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of financial services experience (fund services experience highly valued)
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Proactive approach to work responsibilities
• Mandarin proficiency (listening comprehension essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience in fund operations, or corporate accounting with hedge or mutual fund exposure
• Knowledge of reconciliation processes and settlement procedures
• Fresh graduates with 1+ years of relevant accounting experience will also be considered
• Understanding of financial instruments and pricing methodologies
