Join a Leading Global Investment Firm

Our client is a globally recognized investment management firm with a strong presence across Asia and international markets. With continued growth across multiple jurisdictions, they are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their Singapore team and play a key role in supporting regional and cross-border HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in an international environment, partnering with stakeholders across different countries, and gaining exposure to complex global HR practices.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the HR team, you'll support regional HR operations across the full employee lifecycle while helping drive operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cross-border HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, employment tax and social security administration.
  • Supporting the setup and implementation of HR operations in new markets, including local employment contracts, HR policies and benefits frameworks.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and service providers, overseeing service quality, billing and regular performance reviews.
  • Acting as a key contact for employee HR queries, compliance matters and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation.
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes and SOPs, while driving continuous process improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Supporting projects that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen regional HR practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Around 1-3 years of HR experience , either in-house or within a professional services environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Comfortable leveraging Microsoft Office applications and AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Join a highly reputable global investment organization.
  • Gain valuable regional and cross-border HR exposure.
  • Work with international stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Be involved in process improvement and strategic HR operations, not just day-to-day administration.
  • Excellent platform for HR professionals looking to develop expertise in international HR and global mobility.

If you're looking to accelerate your HR career within a high-performing international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
