My client, an elite and fast-growing investment firm, is looking for a top-performing Investment Analyst to join their Hong Kong office. About the Opportunity:You’ll work side-by-side with seasoned Portfolio Managers and senior analysts, gaining direct access to real portfolio strategies across global markets and hedge fund vehicles. You’ll be expected to think critically, move fast, and contribute meaningfully from day one. Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct deep research across markets, asset classes, and hedge fund strategies.
🔹 Analyze financial statements, macro trends, and performance data to support investment theses.
🔹 Organize and manage large datasets to extract actionable insights.
🔹 Stay ahead of market trends, economic developments, and geopolitical risks.
🔹 Produce investment reports, presentations, and strategic briefings for senior leadership.
🔹 Collaborate closely with senior team members in shaping portfolio strategies.
Who They Are Looking For:
✔️ A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a top institution.
✔️ Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills — able to think beyond the obvious.
✔️ Strong command of Excel financial modeling; experience with data analysis tools highly valued.
✔️ Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL is a strong advantage.
✔️ Articulate communicator — able to translate complex ideas into clear insights.
✔️ Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive under high-pressure, high-expectation environments.
