About the role
Our client is a Singapore based investment platform focused on thematic real assets in a high growth sector. The team works with a range of institutional counterparties across the region.
They are hiring a junior Investment Analyst to support a small, fast moving investment team. This role suits someone early in their buy side or transaction career who wants broad exposure across deal evaluation, analysis, and day to day execution support.
- Support evaluation of real asset and life sciences ecosystem related opportunities through financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation work
- Prepare investment memos, summaries, and presentation materials for internal decision making
- Conduct industry, market, and company research, including comps and relevant transaction benchmarks
- Support due diligence workstreams, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination with internal and external parties
- Track pipeline updates and maintain investment documentation
- Provide ad hoc analysis and day to day execution support to the team
Requirements
- Around 2 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, transaction advisory, real estate private markets, or similar
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with solid accounting fundamentals
- Clear and structured communication, comfortable producing slides and written materials
- High ownership, reliable, and comfortable in a lean team
- Singapore based, comfortable with office based work
Nice to have
- Exposure to real assets, infrastructure, real estate, or alternative investments, ideally with life sciences adjacency
- Comfort operating in multi stakeholder environments, including institutional and public sector style counterparties
- Experience supporting end to end transactions (screening to execution)
