About the Role
We’re partnering with a global business services provider backed by one of the world’s leading private markets investors, on a key Corporate Development Manager hire in Singapore.
This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-calibre deal team and play a meaningful role in shaping the company’s growth strategy — with exposure to transactions across APAC, the US and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full M&A lifecycle, from target identification and preliminary assessment through valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain financial and M&A models, including forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation and comparable transaction analysis
- Coordinate and manage financial and commercial due diligence workstreams, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate transaction feasibility, revenue and cost synergies
- Prepare investment papers and materials for senior management and investment committee review
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, IT and external advisers throughout the transaction process
- Support integration and separation planning where required
Desired Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services / FDD or Investment Banking
- Hands-on experience across M&A transactions, financial due diligence, valuation and financial modelling
- Proven ability to manage transaction processes, projects and multiple stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, commercial judgement and analytical rigour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-border / multi-jurisdictional transaction experience is preferred
- Experience in professional services, fund services or business services is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus
Why Join?
- End-to-end M&A exposure — be involved from sourcing through closing, rather than operating within a single transaction workstream
- Join a highly experienced deal team with significant autonomy and responsibility
- Gain exposure to international transactions across APAC, US and LATAM
- Work within a PE-backed environment
- Take on a role with real visibility and impact on the organisation’s growth strategy
- Opportunity to broaden your experience across different transactions, markets and business sectors
If you’re an M&A professional looking to move into a high-ownership, principal-side role with genuine end-to-end transaction exposure, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
