Are you an experienced Corporate Secretarial professional ready to step into a leadership role? We are partnering with a leading professional services platform that is strengthening its Corporate Services practice in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who enjoys overseeing corporate administration, mentoring a lean team, and driving governance excellence across a portfolio of international clients.

As a Senior Manager/ Manager in the corporate secretarial team, you will manage a portfolio of Singapore companies for international clients, ensuring smooth corporate administration, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for international clients, guiding them through the setup and ongoing administration of trust and corporate structures.

  • Handle due diligence for new clients and facilitate corporate bank account openings.

  • Ensure full statutory compliance and manage filings with ACRA.

  • Oversee company changes, terminations, liquidations, and strike-offs.

  • Prepare timely invoices and manage debtor collection.

  • Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely completion of financial statements.

  • Maintain accurate corporate records and client database entries.

  • Manage Employment Pass/Dependant’s Pass applications for client companies.

  • Supervise and develop a junior officer (if applicable).

  • Act as Resident Director for certain Singapore client entities and serve as the Qualified Individual for ACRA purposes.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a corporate secretarial role, ideally with professional qualifications.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate law and best practices.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and an appreciation for confidentiality.

  • Client service mindset with strong communication skills.
