Investment Manager / Associate (Execution Focus) Location: Singapore

The firm has established a Singapore office as its ASEAN hub , focusing on investment opportunities across corporations, real estate, infrastructure, and investment funds . The platform is known for taking a hands-on approach with portfolio companies , strengthening governance and financial integrity while creating long-term value.
The Singapore office operates as a lean, entrepreneurial team , providing broad exposure to cross-border dealmaking and close collaboration with senior stakeholders in both Singapore and Tokyo.
Role Overview
This is an execution-heavy investment role within a small team environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage the end-to-end deal process. The role suits candidates who are overseas-educated , execution-focused, and keen to gain broad investment exposure across ASEAN markets .
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution

Drive transaction processes across ASEAN, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.

Prepare investment committee materials and deal marketing documents (teasers, memoranda) to attract co-investors.

Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) for investment decisions.

- Origination & Research

Support pipeline development by conducting sector and market research.

Screen opportunities and engage with target companies, advisors, and co-investors.

- Portfolio Management

Monitor and manage portfolio companies post-investment.

Prepare reporting and analysis for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Cross-Border Collaboration

Work closely with senior team members and the Tokyo headquarters on deal execution and portfolio monitoring.

Interact with external stakeholders including advisors, management teams, co-investors, and potential buyers.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience : 3–8 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or management consulting, with proven execution experience.
- Education : Overseas-educated background strongly preferred (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field).

Strong financial and analytical skills: financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, accounting.
