Operation Associate

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (1-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁) — 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 | 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲

We’re supporting a highly reputable private equity firm in Singapore to hire an Operations Associate for a 1-year maternity cover. This role is ideal for someone coming from banking operations, KYC/AML, client onboarding, or fund operations, who enjoys a structured environment and strong teamwork culture.

If you have hands-on experience in payments, account openings, and KYC/AML, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain direct exposure to the buy-side.

🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻
Process and support payments related to investment and operational activities

Handle KYC/AML documentation, including annual reviews from banks and service providers

Support bank and broker account openings for existing entities and a newly launched fund

Work closely with the Finance Director in Singapore, as well as colleagues in Beijing

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met

Assist with other fund operation tasks as needed to keep workflows smooth and efficient

🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
2–5 years’ experience in banking operations, client onboarding, KYC/AML, or fund operations

Strong understanding of KYC documentation, account opening processes, and payments

Able to communicate professionally in both English and Mandarin (liaison with Beijing team required)

Detail-oriented, organised, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving investment environment

Down-to-earth personality, collaborative, and able to blend well into a close-knit team

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Able to start Jan/Feb or after CNY preferred
