Hiring: Operations Officer – Hedge Fund (Singapore)
A well-established hedge fund platform is looking for an Operations Officer to join their Singapore office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment

Support compliance by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Evaluate and enhance operational processes and controls to mitigate risk
- Singapore PR preferred and immediate availability required (must be able to start before end-June)
- Minimum 5 years of operations experience in financial services (required for MAS licensing criteria)

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
Salary
: SGD 4,000 – 5,000/month
