The Opportunity
This is a key regional leadership role based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery functions across Southeast Asia, ensuring performance consistency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. They will lead large, cross-border teams and play an integral role in aligning service models with the firm’s global standards.

Key Objectives
- Provide strategic oversight of corporate and legal service delivery operations across Southeast Asia.
- Lead and scale large, multi-functional teams to ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality client outcomes across jurisdictions.
- Drive commercial results through proactive client retention strategies, service optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Implement scalable operating models by integrating legacy processes and enhancing productivity across the delivery platform.
- Strengthen performance management through structured KPIs, reporting tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Embed structured client feedback mechanisms into operational workflows to ensure service responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, and delivery support teams to translate business needs into execution outcomes.
- Contribute to global initiatives by sharing regional insights and adopting best practices aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
- 15+ years of experience in legal, corporate, or professional services operations, with at least 8 years in a regional leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-jurisdictional teams in Southeast Asia or other high-growth regions.
- Strong commercial orientation with accountability for revenue, operational budgeting, and service optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation projects (e.g., process redesign, shared service implementation, post-acquisition alignment).
- High EQ and ability to build trust with cross-functional and culturally diverse stakeholders.
Desirable Attributes
- Academic background in Business, Governance, Law, or a related field.
- Familiarity with listed company environments, IPO support, or board governance structures.
- Experience with legal operations platforms, service automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as CGI/ICSA/CSIS, or credentials in operational excellence (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Multilingual communication skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) to manage regional stakeholder relationships.
