About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive investor engagement and deal placement for our client’s private investment offerings.

This is role is ideal for candidates with established investor relationships who enjoy matching bespoke private deals with investor appetite.

Our client is a  private investment and advisory platform  that offers high-net-worth and institutional clients access to private market and alternative investment opportunities, including structured/convertible financing, real estate and growth-stage investments across Asia.  

With an entrepreneurial, execution-driven culture, they partner with  family offices, corporates and HNW/UHNW individuals  seeking differentiated, risk-adjusted returns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and deepen relationships with family offices, HNW/UHNW individuals, EAMs, and boutique institutions. 
  • Distribute investment products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team to advise clients on deal suitability, terms, and structure; coordinate due diligence and documentation through to closing.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, records, and KYC documentation, ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to guide future deal origination and strategy.


Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in private banking, EAMs, or investment distribution. 
  • Strong, active network across family offices, HNW/UHNW investors, and boutique institutions in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in raising AUM and generating new client assets
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially-driven, able to thrive in a lean, fast-paced setup.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
