We are partnering with a leading APAC real assets platform focused on the self-storage sector, backed by institutional capital and actively expanding across the region.
This is a high-impact, front-office role combining investments and portfolio management, with direct exposure to senior leadership and regional deal activity.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of deal execution and asset performance , offering end-to-end exposure across the investment lifecycle.
You will work closely with the Director of Investment & Portfolio Management and operate as a key member of the regional team, supporting both new acquisitions and ongoing portfolio growth .
There is a clear pathway to become a regional #2 , with increasing ownership across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Investments (60%)
- Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities across APAC
- Build and run financial models (cashflow, returns, sensitivities)
- Conduct due diligence across commercial, financial and operational aspects
- Support and lead deal execution depending on size and complexity
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on investment decisions
Portfolio Management (40%)
- Monitor and drive asset performance across the portfolio
- Partner with operating teams to improve occupancy, pricing and NOI
- Identify and execute value creation initiatives
- Track performance vs underwriting and support strategic decisions
Geographic Exposure
- Core focus: Singapore (~60%)
- Active exposure to: Australia (development-heavy), Japan (M&A activity)
- Opportunity to expand coverage across the broader APAC platform
What We’re Looking For
- 4–10 years’ experience in:
- Real estate private equity
- Real assets / infrastructure investing
- REITs / property investment platforms
- Investment banking (real estate coverage)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Direct exposure to transaction execution and due diligence
- Ability to think commercially beyond the model
- Comfortable working across both investments and asset performance
- Strong interpersonal skills — someone collaborative, engaging, and able to operate in a lean regional team
