The firm is currently in the midst of a successful fundraise for its second flagship fund, with strong LP momentum and backing from multiple major global consultants.
The firm has a global footprint with a collaborative, hands-on culture. The Investor Relations and Fundraising team spans across Asia, the US, and the Middle East.
The Opportunity
Due to significant growth and fundraising momentum, the firm is seeking two experienced Senior IR / Fundraising professionals to join the team. These are critical hires to support the close of Fund II by Q3/Q4 2026, with long-term career opportunities as the firm continues to scale.
Geographic Coverage:
- Position 1: US East Coast
- Position 2: UK and DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end fundraising activities within assigned region
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional LPs including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and fund of funds
- Manage the full LP lifecycle from prospecting through to commitment and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with placement agents and global consultants
- Work closely with the investment team to communicate fund strategy and performance
- Contribute to pre-marketing and fundraising efforts for future funds
Candidate Profile
- Seniority: Director to Managing Director level
- Experience: Proven track record in institutional fundraising, ideally from a GP or placement agent background
- Sector Expertise: Deep experience in infrastructure investments is essential
- Network: Strong existing relationships (Rolodex) with institutional LPs in the respective region
- Style: Plug-and-play - able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
- Attributes: Hands-on, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a lean team environment
