The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced corporate services professional to join our Singapore team. This is a critical sales and relationship management position focusing on business development, client origination, and revenue generation in corporate services and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:- Originate and develop new client relationships across corporate services and SPV segments
- Achieve annual sales targets through a mix of new business and client expansion
- Build pipeline through law firms, accounting firms, and direct corporate outreach
- Drive business across multiple jurisdictions including BVI, Cayman, Hong Kong, and Singapore
- Identify and pursue larger opportunities (trusts, private clients, fund services)
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
- Develop deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored corporate structuring solutions
- Maintain high-touch service approach to drive retention and upselling
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Advise clients on cross-border corporate structuring and jurisdictional optimization
- Provide guidance on SPV setup and administration
- Support clients with entity formation, nominee services, and corporate secretarial work
- Stay current on regulatory changes and market trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background:
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate services, preferably from established corporate services firms or mid-tier audit firms
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong knowledge of corporate services products: BVI, Cayman, Hong Kong, Singapore structures
- Experience with SPV work is essential
- Fund administration background is a plus but not primary requirement
- Understanding of cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
