The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced corporate services professional to join our Singapore team. This is a critical sales and relationship management position focusing on business development, client origination, and revenue generation in corporate services and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:
  • Originate and develop new client relationships across corporate services and SPV segments
  • Achieve annual sales targets through a mix of new business and client expansion
  • Build pipeline through law firms, accounting firms, and direct corporate outreach
  • Drive business across multiple jurisdictions including BVI, Cayman, Hong Kong, and Singapore
  • Identify and pursue larger opportunities (trusts, private clients, fund services)
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
  • Develop deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored corporate structuring solutions
  • Maintain high-touch service approach to drive retention and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Product & Service Expertise:
  • Advise clients on cross-border corporate structuring and jurisdictional optimization
  • Provide guidance on SPV setup and administration
  • Support clients with entity formation, nominee services, and corporate secretarial work
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and market trends


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background:
  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate services, preferably from established corporate services firms or mid-tier audit firms
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Strong knowledge of corporate services products: BVI, Cayman, Hong Kong, Singapore structures
  • Experience with SPV work is essential
  • Fund administration background is a plus but not primary requirement
  • Understanding of cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
