This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, manage a substantial portfolio of complex corporate structures, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the practice across the region.
The Role
As a key member of the Corporate Secretarial leadership team, you will oversee operations for a diverse portfolio of institutional clients across asset management, private equity, real estate, and alternative funds. You will manage a Hong Kong-based team while working closely with offshore teams in BVI and Cayman.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of corporate secretarial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Manage a personal portfolio of corporate entities across a broad institutional client base, including fund structures, private equity holdings, and alternative investment vehicles

Oversee complex, high-volume transactional work across Hong Kong, BVI, and Cayman jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction

Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients on corporate administration and structuring matters

Serve as the primary liaison between Hong Kong operations and offshore BVI and Cayman teams

Contribute to operating model refinement, process optimisation, automation, and technology initiatives

Drive revenue targets and manage team budgets while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards

Represent the firm externally, articulating market trends, regulatory developments, and strategic direction
What You Bring
Essential Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience in corporate secretarial and company administration, ideally from offshore corporate services firms or established fiduciary services providers

Deep expertise in managing corporate structures for asset managers and institutional clients across Hong Kong, BVI, and Cayman

Strong experience with fund structures, particularly private equity, real estate, and alternative investment funds

Solid understanding of offshore deal structures and multi-jurisdictional operational complexity

Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity, with a track record of managing diverse and international teams
Technical Capability

Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial best practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions

Awareness of industry trends including data management, technology platforms, and scalable service delivery models

Experience working across multiple time zones and managing deadline-driven transactional workloads

Ability to coordinate execution across onshore, mid-shore, and offshore teams
