Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing & Fund Operations: Serve as the primary contact for operational matters, manage client relationships, handle escalations, review financial reports and fund documentation, oversee investor reporting requirements, support fund onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Fund Operations team, drive performance and employee growth, and oversee Philippines HR-related processes, including timesheets, leave approvals, onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment coordination.
- Financial Management: Support revenue targets, oversee invoicing and collections, and assist with the annual budgeting process.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, with a strong background in Private Equity Funds operations.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Friendly and affable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of fund administration industry. This includes multiple fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments and fund offering documentation review.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a client-centric mentality to provide an excellent client service.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
