The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Administrator to join a growing team within a fast-paced, client-centric organization. This role involves managing a portfolio of client trust structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. You will work alongside experienced Relationship Managers (RMs) and junior trust administrators to support the administration of trust structures, while providing exceptional client service.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of client trust structures, ensuring compliance with fiduciary and statutory requirements.
  • Handle client onboarding, including preparing trust documentation, KYC processes, and tax-related forms (e.g., FATCA, CRS, W-8BEN).
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for all trust clients, including financial and compliance documentation.
  • Draft and execute Trustees’ and Directors’ Resolutions, and follow up on required approvals.
  • Liaise with banks and other external parties for updates and filings.
  • Assist in the opening and maintenance of bank accounts for trust structures.
  • Issue invoices, manage fee collection, and address any outstanding payments or debt recovery.
  • Provide support to junior trust administrators within the team, as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects as required.
 

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trust administration (experience within a Trust & Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) environment is preferred).
  • STEP membership or actively working towards it is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of trust structures, compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, FATCA, CRS), and regulatory standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional and ethical, with strong client relationship management skills.
  • Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-moving, adaptable environment.
