About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced professional to lead investor relations and fundraising with Family Offices and UHNW/HNW investors across Southeast Asia. You’ll own the full process—outreach, meetings, due diligence, closing, onboarding—and keep investors updated over time. The role reports to the CEO and work closely with the investment team.

About the Company

An expanding multi-asset manager investing across private and public markets. Built on a heritage in deep tech, the platform now spans growth capital, special opportunities, listed equities and bonds, offering clients a comprehensive multi-asset approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute capital-raising strategies focused on UHNW/HNW individuals and Family Offices across the region.
  • Research, source, and qualify prospective investors; build and maintain a durable network across private (PE/VC) and public markets.
  • Lead investor engagement —roadshows, small-group sessions, annual meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage the full fundraising lifecycle: initial outreach through DDQ/RFP, data-room coordination, marketing material preparation, and timely handling of investor inquiries.
  • Foster long-term relationships via regular communications, performance reporting, and aligning strategies/products to investor objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team so fundraising priorities, narratives, and materials are consistent with portfolio and firm strategy.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in investor relations / fundraising / business development within PE/VC/asset management/private banks.
  • Strong fundraising track record from Family Offices / UHNW/HNW space
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, independently manage client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of private markets; comfortable coordinating diligence and onboarding.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

What’s In It For You

  • High visibility: direct work with the CEO and CIO.
  • Ownership: lean team and owning the client relationships.
  • Growth: Career progression plan within a growing firm.
