Area of expertise:  I am focused on recruiting top talents in the Asia Pacific region across all asset classes, strongly focusing on Hedge, Private Equity and Real Estate funds and through all stages of the fund’s life-cycle with the various stakeholders involved (i.e Fund Managers, Investment Associates, Analysts, Sales, Legal, Operations, Compliance, Accountants, etc) I also look after the development of new talents internally alongside with other business operations.

Background:  Before moving to recruitment, I focused on being a young entrepreneur with a very hands-on approach to managing a business. That was my first introduction to the funds ecosystem, which piqued my interest and laid the foundation for my new career.

Career Advice:  My career advice to candidates is to always have your career interests in mind and to figure out a few routes on how to get there. Network, network, network and speak to everyone, even recruiters because they would have first and second-hand knowledge on interesting ways to get to your career goal!
